"Your membership will automatically renew each month at the current rate. You will be charged the renewal fee using your payment method on file. To cancel auto-renewal and prevent future charges, you must do so at least 1 day before the next monthly billing by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions.
We value our customers and deeply appreciate their loyalty to Crouch Automotive. We also extend a warm welcome and gratitude to our new customers for choosing us! The Crouch Overdrive Membership program is our way of expressing our thanks for your support, while also providing an opportunity for you to save on upcoming automotive services and repairs.
There aren't many independent auto repair shops offering customer loyalty programs to-date. Dealerships are using them, but they also charge their customers more than we do! We wanted to be the first in our area to say THANK YOU and to bring you something new and exciting. We welcome your feedback as we move forward. We expect some things to change and to be added over time. A customer referral bonus is our next step and eventually a loyalty rewards program based on customer purchases, but this was our first STEP.
